This is now the third piece of work that Alan has done for me and was carried out with the same high standards or workmanship, efficiency and politeness as all of the others. All was completed at the time stated, for the given price. The room where the window was exchanged was left in a very tidy state and all rubbish removed. Some unexpected additional plaster work was required, which wasn't really part of the window fitting quote - this was also done within the original price quoted and not charged as an 'extra'.

Alan is the most helpful and polite builder ever. Both he and John, his labourer, are so nice and a pleasure to have around. The work was completed to a high standard and noise and mess was always kept to a minimum. He always discussed any issues that arose with us so that we could consider all the options. We were very fussy about lots of little things and Alan simply accommodated our wishes without any fuss or bother. We would definitely employ Alan again and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I can't recommend Alan highly enough. From start to finish they were terrific. We recently had a small issue with a building component (manufacturers fault) and Alan came round after hours. To us it showed a real commitment to us and the work. My daughter summed ADO nicely "they are very nice people". I would not hesitate to recommend them. They have also inspired my son to be a builder even though he is 4!
