Building work.
Worked to a good standard, reliable and trustworthy. Turned up on time to commence the work and completed the work within specified timescale, left the home clean and tidy. Was recommended by word of mouth. I would be happy to reommend them.

Single Storey Extension, Including New Kitchen and Bathroom
Adrian did everything throughout the build with his capable team of merry-men, which included dealing with the plans and building inspectors, to the kitchen and bathroom designers. Adrian and his team were very approachable throughout, and any problems encountered, as there always is, were discussed and overcome with little or no problems, and importantly, I was kept fully informed. They undertook every bit of work required, from the groundwork up, including the fitting of a kitchen and bathroom to a good standard. Any changes made by my wife or myself, were not only welcomed, but quite often Adrian had an even better idea. The job took about 9 weeks in total, a week less than I was told, and throughout the build and discussions with third parties I was kept fully involved with options/costs. Aswell as finishing early, the job would have come in well under budget, but for the choices my wife and myself made, but again we were kept informed of what effect our choices would have on the budget. Another thing I found impressive, was the if he couldn't do it, he knew a reliable man who could, which ruled out potential delays. Also, the contacts he has, from providers of granite worktops, to steels, was invaluable. I would certainly recommend Adrian, from planning to finish he has been fantastic, and the few problems we did have, were sorted within days, even after he had been paid..... very uncommon now-a-days. A job well done.

Repair to cold water leak under sink and new tap fitted
Adrian did an excellent job for us. He repaired the cold water leak under our sink and fitted a new tap. He was punctual and the work did not come to any more than he had quoted. We would certainly use Adrian again and recommend him to our friends and family.

Remove and rearrange bedroom and landing walls, including associated electrics. Also fit new kitchen sink and realign drain pipe
Excellent work on both parts of the job. We were warned in advance of potential issues with the kitchen sink, but fortunately these didn't happen, mainly due to the care that Adrian and his team took. We were on holiday while the work was done, but were kept in touch with progress as necessary. Everything was completed according to plan and was ready for us on our return. No hesitation in recommending to others.

Had a leak through ceiling from a radiator
Adrian Alderslade was extremely punctual and reliable when this incident happened, he carried out his work sufficiently and effectively, maintaining a high level of professionalism. I would like to use this opportunity to say a huge thank you for all his hard work and more importantly solving the problem quicky, in my case, its a weight of your shoulder knowing you can call upon Mr Alderslade when a problem occurs Thank You again Miss Parrish-Evans

Erect a Summerhouse from Kit Form and Convert it into a Single Hairdressing Salon, providing all the utilities in order for it to function professionally and with quality attributes expected from a customer using this residential based Hairdressing Salon
This unique project was carried out by a very professional and effective builder and his team. The project was not straight forward and required several different building jobs as follows – Building the base out of “concrete in Situe”. Erecting the summerhouse from kit form. Changing the windows to double glazing. Insulating the walls and ceiling with plasterboard. Providing plumbing services (hot and cold water supply and waste water drainage). Provided electricity supply: Installed all water and several electrical fittings along with all other Fixtures. Provided outdoor lighting. Insulated and tiled the floor. The water supply along with waste water and electricity supply required a 25 meters trench to be dug up and utilities encased underground in order for all utility supplies to be connected to the house…….In case I missed out anything, basically all the range of jobs you’d expected from a builder was carried out by Adrian and his team in a very professional manner. Work was carried out over several weeks and was completed one week ahead of schedule with no compromise to the quote and quality of workmanship. Adrian is very efficient, reliable, polite and easy to talk to and work with. His quote was spot on and very completive. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and in fact I will be using him again in our next major project.

New kitchen and bathroom fitted.
Fantastic service, arrives on time and at a fair price. Adrian installed a new kitchen and bathroom comprising of planning, installation, new electrics, plastering, plumbing, tiling and flooring. Totally satisfied and would highly recommend will definitely be using his services again.
