ADS Installation were kindly keeping our old boiler going whilst we saved for a new one. We had to bite the bullet when an expensive part failed. One of the ADS Installation engineers came out the same day to rep for the new boiler. The new boiler was fitted the day after. We were made a priority as we had a young child. We were more than satisfied with the finished work

The engineer called shortly before the agreed appointment to say he would be an hour late, this was due to him being delayed on an emergency call out. Once he arrived he promptly carried out the work, he was obviously well trained and polite

This was not a simple job as it involved fitting a new bath in the position of an old bath and the existing tiles were to be kept. The end result nicely blends in.

Adam and his team worked really hard and completed the job on time. They were helpful and polite and had to move furniture in most rooms. They fitted the new boiler in the loft and removed all the tanks which has freed up storage space. They gave me exactly what I wanted and I am very pleased with it. Excellent job - kept to their estimate which was very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Both myself and my wife were very pleased with the quality of work delivered by Adam and Jay. As is often the case in our house, the job was no way near as straight-forward as it originally seemed (no fault of Adam's!)- however, at all stages Adam kept us informed and made sure that the work was carried out in the way we wanted. Despite having to spend 12 hours at our house both on a Saturday and a Sunday, we were charged the original price quoted to us by Adam. We are very happy with the end result.

Adam as always has completed the job with little fuss and great satisfaction. There was a problem which was a manufacturing fault but he arranged for the manufacturer to attend and resolve. He also spent uncharged time looking at an unrelated problem that I had. He comes highly recommended

I had a Homecare agreement with a larger national firm, they messed me around for months on end, 6 different engineers, numerous new parts, broken promises and still I was no nearer to solving the problem with my boiler. I was finally told I needed a new one after ruined carpets and weeks with an unhappy tenant. Finally I called Adam after a recommendation from a friend and after 1 visit my boiler was up and running better than before. He went beyond the call of duty servicing the rest of it at no extra charge and even addressing a problem with the shower at no extra cost. I now use Adam for any issue on all my properties and consider him the most professional plumber I've ever dealt with.

Listened to and discussed the requirements. Carried out the installation with the aid of Roy and an apprentice. Was delayed from finishing the work at first visit because gas supply installation was delayed by several weeks, but returned immediately the supply was installed to finish the job. I would recommend them.

Adam and his company recently installed a full heating system at my mothers house. The house was previously without heating for 13 years. The price was agreed to drop pipe work down through the ceiling of each room but Adam installed it underneath the floor as was not happy with how the end result would look and did all this for no extra cost to my mother. She and I are over the moon with what he has done and the time taken. We would recommend A.D.S. to anyone who requires the same service.

Mr Flanagan is a workaholic perfectionist who will work long hours to do the job not only to his customer's satisfaction, but his own. He recently underwent major surgery to his shoulder joint, but still, within days, returned to adjust my boiler with his arm in a sling and on pain killers. This sums up his professionalism.
