Change the lock on a PVC door

Arrived within 20 minutes of the call, all work was completed in about 20 minutes. I had a phone call just before arrival to let me know they were arriving soon. The quote I had over the phone was the money I paid. What a wonderful service!

Broken car key removed from ignition and new key cut

Brilliant job! Came out well within the given time estimate, spent 5-10 minutes fishing the snapped key out of the ignition, then provided me with a new key right there and then. I was expecting them to have to take the key halves away and go and collect the new key later, but nope - job finished, went out to take a look, and there was the new key, which worked first time. Good job well done.

Gaining access to house after being locked out.

Changing of locks

The service was extremely efficient.  I phoned the day before to check on availability whilst waiting for a call from locksmith who fitted original mortice deadlock. The replacement lock was cheaper than the original fitted 3 years ago. On the day of call out I received a call half an hour prior to arrival and the fitter was on time.  He was polite, courteous and helpful and the work was completed efficiently with stock immediately available. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. The inconvenience of having my keys stolen along with details identifying my address has been considerable and the helpful service from this company helped to alleviate the stress of the above event.
