Efficient, reliable, courteous and professional. I telephoned Dave and was immediately told his man would be at my house by 10.30 the following morning. The man arrived exactly on time ( good start ) and when I explained I needed a new taller aerial, he said he would be back within the hour, as he did not carry this on his van. Sure enough, within the hour he was back, fitted the aerials and all was A-OK. Would definitely recommend this company. The plus side to this story, I now have 30 more channels on Freeview. The downside to this story- I still cannot find something decent to watch!! Oh well......
