“Mr Smithman replaced a broken aerial on my property but did not install a larger bracket as discussed beforehand. Repeatedly telephoned Mr Smithman during April 2016 to report that the new aerial was not working properly. Finally arrived on the 25th April 2016 and changed the orientation of aerial to the correct horizontal polarisation. Telephoned Mr Smithman again last week (7th Nov) to report aerial knocking against the house gable-end in windy conditions. Was told he would contact me in "a couple of days". Have heard nothing from him. The work is "guaranteed" according to the profile.”

Today i returned to the customers property on receiving this complaint and put a brand new bracket up for the customer . the customer originally asked me to fit the bracket that he provided . the customer wished for me to change the fitting to vertical from horizontal even thought all fitting are manufactured horizontally for traders to install even thought I was not too happy about doing this I completed the works at the customers request . the signal quality is 100% as when I originally left the property . I left the works this afternoon and the customer was happy with my return visit .
