A straightforward job done well and at reasonable cost. I would recommend Sam to anyone without hesitation. (Tidiness would have had 10 as well but for minor failure to wipe surplus filler from hole in wall)

Update freesat satellite dish to twin channels from single channel and to install and set up personal video recorder
Very happy with everything that Sam did for us, he was pleasant, courteous and very tidy - he even took his shoes off without being asked when entering the house. The updated installation is working very well and his instructions regarding use of the PVR were clear and easy to follow. Would have absolutely no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending him to anyone requiring satellite or aerial work to be carried out.

This turned out to be a complicated job requiring 3 home visits. Sam was unfailingly polite and helpful and fixed the problem with no extra payment on top of the original (very reasonable ) one.
