Update tv aerials.
Absolutely delighted with the work done, there was a mess of cables in the loft that I had no inkling of what to do to sort them out. They are now! Not only that but set retuned, made capable of receiving three signals and he took away all the redundant rubbish, cannot recommend highly enough.

Fit loft aerial and ensure all TV points are working.
Sam went round to look at the work to give an estimate. He charged me the estimate and this included another visit to ensure occupants were satisfied that their TVs worked. I was particularly impressed that he used his own initiative to get this organised thus saving me, the occupants and white heads time and trouble as well as giving the impression of prompt, caring service. Neat and tidy. I would use him again.

New digital aerial.
Sam fitted me a new aerial. I had been having breakup for a while. He came on time done a great job and was tidy and cheaper then other quotes. I would recommend him to my family as they need work done.

Booster changed and 1 new aerial cable to bedroom replaced.
Had a mystery problem that was affecting sky box from working on the magic eye. Three sky boxes later from Sky engineer was told was possibly booster in loft causing problem. Contacted Aerial SOS and spoke to Sam, he came out within a few hours replaced booster which he then found out wasn't the problem, after an elimination game, he tracked problem to faulty aerial cable to one of our bedrooms, he promptly replaced this with minimum mess and fuss. He offered to take new booster back and refit old one as not needed but must say the old one was looking rather shabby and is more than ten years old. Original price quoted was kept to even though he took a little while longer than he probably expected searching for the fault. Such a pleasure to have a genuine clean tidy polite workman in your home, cannot recommend him highly enough!

Broken signal on free view tv.
This company where working at the end of the road and I asked him to pop in to sort out the destorted signal on my freeview tv if he had time. After numerous attempts up and down ladders and checking out a seriously complicated system in the loft, he tried a different tv. Just as a coincidence that the freeview stopped working since the recent windy and rainy storms we have had it turned out the tv was broken. He charged me peanuts considering his time and fitting me in at the drop of a hat. I am incredibly impressed with his service, politeness and general demeanour and price. I highly recommend this business and if ever we need someone in the future...he is first on the list without hesitation!!!!

Retuned TV and DVD
Our DVD went wrong and was collected by a company under insurance.However we couldn't use it when it was returned as they had altered the software. If the TV worked the video didn't and visa versa .They Just dropped it off and left us to reconnect it etc with no instructions.. Sam quickly sorted out the problem and explained to us what we must do in future and patiently went through the procedure until he was happy we knew what we were doing.Lovely pleasant easy going chap we would not hesitate to recommend.

Supply and fit cabling for extra TV + 4way amplifier.
A straightforward job done well and at reasonable cost. I would recommend Sam to anyone without hesitation. (Tidiness would have had 10 as well but for minor failure to wipe surplus filler from hole in wall)
