Supplied and fitted Freesat aerial to replace old aerial
We live in an area with bad reception and Sam had to come out to us several times, trying different aerials and tuners, in the process of 'fixing' the problem we had with snow and ghosting on some channels. What was presumed to be an easy job turned into a marathon but he didn't complain, just cheerfully got on with it (often in the rain) until he solved the problem and left us with a crystal clear picture. He could have charged us a small fortune for the time he spent but he kept costs as close to the original estimate as possible and did a great job. He also explained things patiently. We would certainly call on him again.

Put up own aerial on to roof
Sam went out of his way to put up my aerial that was in my loft!  Exceptionally good workmanship and turned up on time. Very friendly and would definitely recommend to anyone!  If I ever need more work doing I would call him instantly, very happy
