Replacing a co-axial cable with the correct sort to enable decent reception.
Mark was a smashing chap and I felt very comfortable with him. He explained the reason why problems had occurred with the co-axial cable we already had and why it would be better to replace it. He checked all 3 tv's and got them working to their best reception. He even got the new one tuned in to the Freeview channel which we hadn't been able to do before. He worked very efficiently and quickly and with very little mess. I would certainly recommend him. In fact we are going to purchase a new digital HD tv soon and have asked if he would come back and tune it in for us! As an OAP I found Mark very presentable and felt very safe with him.

Replacement TV aerial
Mark replaced the old aerial with one that enabled a digital signal to be received. This was completed quickly and efficiently with the minimum mess and disruption.

New aerial cable into numerous rooms, sat installation and associated cabling and general advice
After having two other site visits and quotes by other companies, it was an absolute pleasure to have Mark turn up, advise, quote and do the job in a way I could not fault. His workmanship and courtesy is 100% and his prices are more than competitive! He did my job which is fantastic value when the next nearest quote from a so called 'local family' company was alot more. I will recommend Mark to all of my friends and anyone who ever asks if I know of a good aerial / sat installer. I would have struggled to do the work for much less doing it myself. Don't hesitate to use this guy, he is brilliant!

After a move, got us up and running with 2 sky boxes

Removed our old aerial and replaced it with a satellite dish, then ran cabling to two points in the house
Excellent service all round, from initial discussion on best solution to advice on pro's and cons of various set ups. Once agreed on course of action, the work was carried out promptly and professionally with no fuss and the overall cost was less than the original quote.

Second time of use. Didn't ask for quote as I knew I could trust Mark not to overcharge. I was exceptionally pleased with the work - again very professional and very tidy work - Tuned systems in everything working perfectly. Very satisfied. Could not praise him highly enough

2 satellite leads fitted to existing system to receive free sat
First time use. Hardly knew Mark was present. Explained what I had in mind - and he dealt with it. Thoroughly professional - even to hiding the cables where possible. Very tidy - very thorough and took a personal pride in his work. Very highly recommended.
