Needed to get my Sky dish moved and attached to the house pre-wired RF distribution. From the initial quotation Mark was extremely helpful and professional. Mark was a smashing chap and I felt very comfortable with him. He explained the reason why problems had occurred with the co-axial cable we already had and why it would be better to replace it. He checked all 3 tv's and got them working to their best reception. He even got the new one tuned in to the Freeview channel which we hadn't been able to do before. He worked very efficiently and quickly and with very little mess. I would certainly recommend him. In fact we are going to purchase a new digital HD tv soon and have asked if he would come back and tune it in for us! As an OAP I found Mark very presentable and felt very safe with him.

After having two other site visits and quotes by other companies, it was an absolute pleasure to have Mark turn up, advise, quote and do the job in a way I could not fault. His workmanship and courtesy is 100% and his prices are more than competitive! He did my job which is fantastic value when the next nearest quote from a so called 'local family' company was alot more. My neighbour's scaffolding had blocked my signal. I called Mr French and he came out the same day and connected another dish to the scaffolding. He worked quickly and efficiently. His charges were very reasonable. He came back the same day the scaffolding came down to disconnect his dish and make sure mine was receiving a signal. He didn't charge me any extra for this. He was a very pleasant man and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to my friends and neighbours.

6 months before I contacted Aerial View about problems getting any Freeview signal for most channels, I rang another company and was told over the phone not to bother trying to improve Freeview signal as it was down to where I lived and to install sky/virgin. I rang Mark of Aerial View and he came round the next day and quickly identified that my existing aerial was fine but a booster was not picking up all the available signal. It was fixed within 30 minutes (72 Freeview channels later!) at a reasonable price. I'm delighted and wouldn't hesitate to recommond this company.

Had the correct ladders to check the roof aerial without damaging the gutters or the roof tiles which was very impressive. Did not try to sell me the most expensive solution as he said that this might still not work because of the trees obscuring the signal. Suggested and fitted Freeview Satellite dish and nearly half the cost of the most expensive aerial solution. Even phoned his wife and asked her to check and reserve a freeview box for me from my local Argos so that I could go and get it while he fitted the dish. Whole job done very efficiently......highly recommend him.

Arrived on time.  Considered and discussed best positions for dish. Installed with neat routing of cables.  Completed connection to TV, tested and demonstrated. Very pleasant guy who undertook his work quietly, professionally and with minimal mess or disruption. Kept to price.  Very good value.

I was recommended Mark by another friend who had used him before. Sky had been a few days earlier and were unable to carry out the work because of so called access problems. Mark came at very short notice and was excellent. He was polite, helpful and keen to do a good job. He charged a reasonable price and I was completely satisfied.
