I had a friend fix my Sky dish and after a few months it moved in the wind. Paul quickly replaced the bracket for something more substantial and adjusted the dish to give me 95% to 100% signal quality.

Extremely good service. Rang trader at 6pm on 30th December re problem and delighted that could come out following day - New Years Eve. Told me what the labour charge would be on the phone and then I just had to pay for the parts plus VAT of course. Very polite and helpful - would highly recommend. Some of you may think the labour charge is quite high compared with others who charge less but you get what you pay for which is an excellent and efficient service. We needed an additional TV to run from our FreeSat dish. I realised after I booked the appointment that I also needed the existing television point to be moved. When they arrived, in addition to moving the existing television point, we found that some changes were needed to the dish, and additional cables were needed to get the system up and running. They stuck to the original estimate even though more work was needed. Work was completed quickly and all mess was cleared up. I have no hesitation in recommending the company and will use them again should the need arise for work of this nature

Paul fitted a Quad LND Satellite system and TV aerial system for me in Feb 2010. On connecting the 4th satellite point that had not been previously used we could not get a signal. Paul came back out within 24 hours and traced the problem and resolved it at no extra charge even though the route cause was not his. Great job, quick response. Thank you.

The company rang back when they said they would to arrange an installation time. They arrived when they said they would. Removed my old Aerial and installed and set up a Freesat HD system for me. The supplied box was the top model and cheaper than I could have purchase it in the shops. Once installed Paul ran through the basic operation of the unit and pointed out several things that I would notice as different from my previous terrestrial TV. I had had a couple of bad experiences trying to get an aerial problem resolved, but contacted Paul at Aerials 4 U based on Checkatrade feedback. He replied promptly and was happy to come and assess what work was required (and told me what his rate was for repair work). He came round the next day on time and had a look at the problem. My Freeview was breaking up. He used a hand-held aerial and meter in the garden to assess signal at the house. He also did this at the TV and at the aerial and showed me the results and was happy to explain the detail. We then agreed that he would have a look at the existing aerial to see if there were any faults or if it needed realigning. I was very happy that at no point did I get the impression Paul was trying to enlarge the work needed (quite the opposite). He then agreed that a relocation of the existing aerial to a better spot on the chimney was needed. He carried this out quickly and for a very reasonable cost despite quite tricky access. Tidy, pleasant and helpful throughout. My wife's commenton returning home and finding the problem solved "that makes such a nice change" is spot on. Highly recommended.

Very helpful chaps, thought my in-laws might need a new aerial, but Paul checked the signal and said all that was needed was a new connection. They could have said they needed a new aerial and charged a lot of money but they didn't. Very impressed.

Excellent service from start to finish. Removed their shoes when indoors which was appreciated very much. We couldn't fault Paul and his mate who helps out at busy times. One thing I would mention is that we forgot to ask for senior citizens discount, make sure that you do if you're one of these. Apart from that comment we wouldn't hesitate in highly recommending Aerials 4U.
