The job was quoted one year ago but due to the directors in the block it took time to ok the price, we got 3 quotes and Steve was one of the best due to the way he spoke to us as we don't know anything about aerials etc and we were happy with him as he is the owner of his company with many year in commercial installations of this type and other company's sent people that were not up to scratch with talking to us as we felt they should. And the price was good he done the job within the time quoted and he still stuck to the original price too!. Worth every penny and we are happy to recommend.

Work was done professionally and tidily. Possible pitfalls were explained and they spent time taking me through how to use free view, very friendly and courteous. I would recommend this company. I would also like to add that Wendy from the office is absolutely brilliant she talked me through retuning my freeview, and this was a few weeks later so fantastic customer service. Thank you.

The lady who originally answered the phone was very helpful. All 3 workmen who came to do the job were polite, professional and explained what they were doing. They apologised for being late - it is, after all, a very busy period in the run up to the digital switchover. They were happy to go up on the roof and do the job, despite it being 6 pm and it was beginning to get dark while they were working and they still offered a 3 year guarantee. The final price was the same as the original quote, I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I received a phone call when the engineer was on his way, giving an approximate arrival time; in fact he made it a little earlier. He was very polite and fully explained what he could do once he had listened to our requirements and carried out a survey. The work was done very promptly and the cabling was fixed tidily and unobtrusively - he then ensured that everything was working correctly before leaving.

I booked an appointment with this company on 17 June 2011 via the internet and received a call from the engineer within the hour to advise he would be calling by 12 noon. He actually arrived nearer 11.00am and completed all work including testing very efficiently, neatly and professionally. The price was extremely reasonable and I would highly recommend this company.

The picture on the television was breaking up badly - sometimes un-watchable. This was due to us having the leads in the wrong positions! This company could so easily have scammed us! Was expecting to have to pay out for a new aerial and fitting - Instead they charged a very minimal amount for the visit. Have already recommended them.

This job was expensive and in my opinion I was not told the truth. I paid for an hour’s labour as I was led to believe this would fix the problem I had with the aerial but in fact the problem was made worse. The company said more work was needed (which meant more money). When I discussed my concerns with the trader, I felt that his manner could have been better.

I was asked to quote for this job and I said a minimum of 1 hours labour as I did not know at that time what the problem was. I arrived and did an inspection which revealed more work and materials were required to remedy the matter. I explained this to the customer who was unhappy because the customer felt we should supply the equipment for free for a job we did not install and at that point the relationship broke down.
