Replace aerial that had been damaged in recent bad weather

Prompt response to initial phone call (Friday before Christmas). Estimate appointment on time (Bank Hol Tuesday after Christmas). Job completed next day. I've never had aerial work done before, but I was very impressed - punctual, polite, helpful. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Checked whether freesat box working or satellite dish.

I found Jonny to be excellent, on time and very honest and helpful. He checked and found my satellite dish was not working right due to where it had been positioned - he moved it with the minimum of fuss and did an excellent job. Would recommend him to anyone. Thank you
