We were especially grateful as we arrived home from a holiday in the sun to a very cold house and no hot water. AES answered the phone immediately and were able to book an appointment for first thing the next day.

This job involved two visits, and we managed to get a part cheaper than originally thought, saving the customer money. As the customer has scored us 9 for "accuracy of the estimate" we are confused as to why they have scored us 3 for "value for money" when when the job cost no more than expected.
