This was not the most straightforward job for the guys but they did a superb job and overcame all the obstacles that made the work tricky but kept me informed of everything as they went along. The guys were prompt every day, polite and great to talk to which instilled me with confidence. I had no doubts whatsoever about leaving them in the house while I went to work and came home each evening to a neat pile of tools ready for the following morning. At the end of the job the house was left neat and tidy. Great team of workmen.

Keith was sub-contracted by A.E.S. We live in an old house with old plumbing and needed our old metal water tank replaced with a modern plastic one. We had one plumber come out and look but he didn't even have the courtesy to get back to us with a quote like he said he would. But the staff at A.E.S. Were very helpful and polite in making arrangements. Keith came round. Really nice guy, very experienced, really knew his stuff. We got a very reasonable quote and week later he came round and did the job. I was present as he did the whole job and he was very good and explained everything he was doing as he worked. Job was finished to a high standard and at the quote provided. Very happy with Keith and the overall service from A.E.S.

We called in AES to replace the boiler as the central heating was not working. George diagnosed the problem to blocked/silted radiators and pipes and suggested a power-flush would solve the problem. He came in as promised replaced the pump (at my request) and performed a power-flush, cleaned out the system and tested. The central heating system is now working wonderfully, and George saved us the cost of a new boiler (which he said we didn't need to replace). I'd thoroughly recommend A.E.S. Plumbers, George was reliable, efficient, hardworking and courteous. Thank you George.

I have used AES Plumbing on two occasions and would highly recommend George. He is reliable, honest, knowledgeable and safety conscious and does not patronise you even if (like me) you know almost nothing about plumbing. The job took longer than anticipated but he worked calmly and cheerfully until it was finished – and charged exactly the amount quoted. The admin side is handled in a very friendly and efficient manner by his wife Jackie - and as it was not an emergency I was able to make the arrangements by e-mail which was very convenient.

It was not an easy task to find this leak as it was a very small leak underneath my concrete floor, but we knew it was coming from somewhere due to water going through downstairs! George was brilliant, efficient, friendly and tidy (as can be bearing in mind concrete had to be chipped up!). The leak was found and repaired within 24 hours of calling - can't ask for more than that. Jackie was also very helpful in providing the invoice/paperwork for the insurance claim. Nothing is too much trouble - would definitely use again (although I hope not to have to!)

In response to the customer comments above. The customer called me to attend to a blocked drain. I responded quickly and went the same morning. I cleared the customer’s drain which then blocked the shared drain; I then proceeded to clear this also. The customer contacted me again two weeks later to say that she had seen on a DIY website that she could have bought the rods herself and cleared the drain. I cannot understand this as the customer contacted me to clear the blockage which I did to my best ability and left in fulll working order. The customer was with me the whole time, I explained what I was doing and she watched closely as I carried out the work and she seemed happy with this. The bill was settled in full.
