I have a flat in Epsom that I rent out and there has been a recurring problem with the central heating switching itself off after 20 mins. I have had several electricians round previously but the problem was never solved, until now. Affordable Electrics attended on the date and within the times they specified and found and repaired the fault within an hour. They were very polite and professional. There was no original estimate as they would have to find the fault first, however they were very upfront with their hourly rate and checked that I was happy with this before they proceeded to look at the issue. Overall very happy with all aspects of Affordable Electrics and would definately recommend the company to other people and would personally use again in the future. Many thanks Shaun and Jim.

I feel that I have to strongly disagree In reference to the customers comment that she had to employ another electrician to correct our work, even though we did not do any work but fault found. We carried out this fault finding on the 27th May 2011, which was three and a half months ago. We did ask the customer to show proof of invoice. We have called her, and to no avail has she responded no proof has been shown. We strive to always at Affordable Electrics and Repairs Ltd to ensure customer satisfaction at all times hence our very good feedback on our webpage.
