This is the second time I have used him and he was brilliant. He offered practical advice over the phone and was quick in attending. The invoice was just as quoted and was far more reasonable than any other local company I have got quotes from before. He was honest about the work required rather than trying to add things or make out more needed to be done. The work was carried out quickly, cleanly and to a high standard. I would highly recommend him and intend to use him for anything in the future.

Adrian carried out the work at the time and cost agreed. Although a lot needed doing it wasn't a problem, he even helped me install the electric oven as this was plug-in only. Would highly recommend him to anyone, and should we need a plumber again we would call him straight away.

Adrian knows his stuff - 30 years in the business and I was always confident in his abilities and approach. AGS Plumbing did a superb job replacing an old floor standing boiler to a new A rated wall hung boiler. They re-routed gas and water pipes according to my requests, and were always very accommodating. Adrian is an honest, friendly, reliable and above all professional plumber. He always arrived on time and completed the job within the estimated time to a high standard. Adrian delivered good advice and always communicated his discoveries and recommendations appropriately - he was always conscious of the budget I had to work with and always consulted with me allowing me to assess different options. The guys left the site tidy and went out of their way to help me (assisted with the installation of a replacement radiator, disconnected a gas fire and removed the old flue and blockwork from loft). They presented me with a very competitive quote when they estimated and were very honest with additional expenditure incurred during the course of the job as extra replacements were made - again, always consulted with me first. He used top quality components throughout and I'm confident the system will serve my family very well for years to come. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Adrian and his colleagues - first class tradesmen!

Adrian was the most unprofessional trades person who was working on a major refurb /new build. His manners towards the customer/ other trades were rude and negative his communications skills were non existent. He always had an excuse why he could not get on with his job. He was sacked off the job. Another plumber had to pick up the pieces of the mess he left us with. Bathroom soil pipes were buried behind the plaster/tiles and not connected, resulting in leaks, hot and cold feeds reversed, other jobs not finished, feeds to shower buried. Toilet soil pipe placed too high. Tiles had to come off again to ensure there were no further leaks resulting in extra work and cost. I just hope that the under floor heating will not leak, as there is no way of checking. I am a very frustrated customer, annoyed that I ever employed and paid him.
