No effort spared to do the outside part of the job when conditions were right. Ice and rain made for delays. Kept me informed as to any changes in schedule. No wondering if he would turn up. Really important for organising other trades. Adverse weather conditions made for weekend working to get the job done. Knows his trade and uses the right materials. Very pleased with the result. No wonder he is busy.

Complete refurbishment of house.
Aird and Co refurbished the entire of our house inside and out from rewiring, replastering, roofing, windows, a new heating system kitchen and bathroom everything! This was done to a high quality finish including some bespoke pieces for our bathroom which we are over the moon with, Aird and Co even organised carpet fitters and gardeners for us to really finish off the whole job beautifully. Really pleased! Would definitely recommend Aird and Co to everyone!

Double extension and full renovation
Aird and co have built a large double extension consisting of two bedrooms a kitchen and a bathroom and renovated the rest of property throughout to a high quality standard to which I am very pleased with and also ideas bought to the table in advance that helped the entire project run smoothly So in the end I achieved exactly what I wanted, I would highly recommend them.
