Alan took down old Sky Satellite Dish and installed a new Freesat Dish and with new cables into the house. He then set up the new Smart TV and Humax recorder and bluray player and then showed us how to operate them. A very good price as well. Before we purchased the equipment he gave us feedback by email on the different merits of the different items we were considering. We are very satisfied and have no hesitation in recommending Alan to anyone.

I spoke to Alan regarding intermittent picture problems and he asked lots of questions and as this problem only arises about 1% of the time he suggested waiting until after the changeover in April 2012. NO CHARGE!!! I have used Alan before so I knew he would do a good job, Alan arrived on time and inspected the existing aerial, splitter box and room sockets. His advice was not to waste money moving the aerial as it may not give a noticeable difference. Some channels are weak but they are in our area anyway. Wait until next year when the switch over happens and the existing system will probably work fine. He tightened up a few of the plugs which gave a small improvement. Would I use Alan again.... Yes Would I recommend Alan ..... Certainly

Alan is a really knowledgeable technician and produces work to an excellent quality. He fully tested all channels and re-configured our digital recorder before leaving the house. We had been taking the digital signal from the Crystal Palace transmitter, but he advised us that the Reigate Hill transmitter would give us a better signal (which it did) and aligned our new area to that transmitter. His quote was fully itemised, and as such he reduced the final invoice cost as he had used less coax cable than quoted. The old aerial was taken away. He was very courteous and took off his shoes every time he entered the house.

Excellent in all aspects - we had just moved to a new house that only had cable (which I didn't want) and an old disconnected aerial. There is nothing even slightly negative I can say about Alan or the quality of his work. He spent time explaining all the options and what could be done. He was prepared to come after I had finished work and ensured I got the best possible signal from the aerial. On top of all that his charges were very reasonable. I can't find any fault with his work and would strongly recommend him.

Originally asked AK to install a new aerial so we could receive Freeview and move an existing satellite dish, however no matter how hard he tried a signal could not be found due to our living in a blackspot, AK advised us that Freesat would be best and duly ordered the bits and came back and fitted it - charging us no more than he originally quoted for just the aerial and dish move!! Outstanding service, I would definitely use AK again and recommend him to everyone.
