The maximum scores are a true relection of their work. They fitted me in to accomodate me which these days is not always so. I had some extra work done and was initially slightly disappointed about the price. However, after mentioning this, Adam and Jo gave me the explanation and a small refund. Their customer relations are excellent and you get the feeling that they really care about their reputation and customer satisfaction. I can recommend them wholeheartedly.

A great company. Adam very knowledgeable and talked through all the options at quotation stage. Good team, a super job and left the place how they found it. One slight problem came up but it was thoroughly explained why and how and I was happy with the outcome. I will certainly use them for any future work I need.

We moved into a repossessed property on 20/01 and had ALB attending for a safety inspection on the electrical system. A total of 21(!) defects were found, which he fully explained, mostly as a result of overzealous DIY by previous occupant. Adam rectified immediate dangers and safety items promptly and gave us the available options to rectify the remainder. Will definitely use again to complete the outstanding and/or future work.

We have used ALB Electrical throughout the last twelve months and have found their work, and professionalism first class. On top of this, their prices are also competitive and always keep to the submitted estimates. As a 24x7 business, with Customers contacting us constantly, it is important (read: mandatory) that any contractors on our premises are mindful of this. ALB were very professional and I found Adam to be painstaking in explaining what he thought should be done and why. His solution to adding an additional circuit for our conservatory was also extremely neat compared to other quotes we had. I gave ALB nine out of ten for tidiness because of some pencil marks and drill dust that had not been removed. I also gave nine out of ten for standard due to some ducting not being cut exactly square and some screws not being as tight as I would have liked them to be. However, these were pretty minor niggles and I think other people might not have noticed. I am a bit of a perfectionist! I would not hesitate to recommend ALB.
