Removed bath and fitted shower and cubicle
Rob gave a very good impression when he came to give a quote for the job. He was knowledgeable and came up with some good problem solving ideas. His quote was spot on and his work was excellent. All the rubbish was removed as promised. The tiler Rob brought with him - 'Jock' was also excellent and came up with some design ideas which look great. Thanks guys.

Correcting another workman's mistakes on a power shower.
Rob is a great find!! he was punctual, efficient and tidy - knew exactly what he was dealing with and how it could be sorted. I have no hesitation in recommending him and will be doing so to all my friends.

Replacement of whole central heating system in 3.5 days.
I found Albany Plumbing and Heating through check a trade, initially dubious about using somebody we didnt know. Robert visited at a time that suited my wife and I, he was extreemly polite and immediatley understood the job requirments. He gave an honest opinion on what he thought we needed doing, which didnt include extra work that some tradesmen seem to add. He supplied a number of quotes for different variations of work as were not 100% sure exactly what we were going to do. In the end we decided to have the whole house re-piped including 8 new radiators and a top end boiler installed. Between receiving the quote and work commencing (approx 1 month) there was plenty of communications and advice sought, Rob never got fed up or pushy towards the job in hand. He agreed to start the job on a Thursday and work through until finished, we were visiting family whilst the work was going on which made the logistics of it very easy. I was very suprised that Rob even worked the Sunday morning in order to get the house back to the way it was before we left. The standard of work carried out was second to none, a superb job overall and we are extreemly happy with the new central heating system + wireless thermostat. The house was left in the way we left it and all mess cleared up. I would recommend Albany without hesitation, and will be using him for any more plumbing needs. Thanks for a great job.

New Shower and Radiators Upgraded
Rob Is the most reliable and polite person you could employ. Nothing was too much fuss or trouble for Rob. The quotes were very reasonable and the standard of work was superb. Don't hesitate to give Rob a call. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. I shall recommend him to all my friends.

Central heating system installed
Before the work started I expected that installing a central heating system would turn my house upside down, creating lots of dust and mess. Rob came round to quote and he involved me fully in the process whilst providing lots of useful information. The job took only 3 days, they always turned up on time, Rob phoned me daily to keep me updated with what they had achieved and they were exceptionally tidy. At the end of each day there was no mess left and the house was put back to normal. I cannot fault them on their customer service, communication and the finish was excellent. I would have no reservations in recommending them.

Fitted a new kitchen tap and fitted isolation valves
I had bought a new mono-block kitchen tap to replace the existing one which had seen better days. Rob kindly fitted it for me and also put isolation valves on the hot and cold water feeds. He arrived on time, and did the work quickly and efficiently for the agreed price. Very pleased with the result. I would recommend Rob to anyone.

Fixed dripping bathroom taps
The basin and bath taps were constantly dripping in my mother's house. Rob kindly replaced the washers, and the problem was fixed. Rob did this little job quickly and efficiently, and charged less than the initial price as the tap cores did not need replacing. I would recommend anyone.

Supply and install new boiler and bathroom suite
Whilst I knew I wanted a new boiler and bathroom suite I had no idea what to do best with the space I had available. Albany Plumbing were able to provide me with some recommendations and provide all materials and labour with no additional effort required on my part. The boiler was moved from the cupboard in the the loft which has provided me with more storage space. They arranged for the bathroom to be totally replastered and tiled, spotlights put into the ceiling and also installation of a new bathroom suite and heated towel rail. All work was completed in a timely manner and to a very high standard. I found them to be trustworthy and very polite. The property was left tidy at all times and rubbish removed. All in all I am extremely happy with the work and service provided and would recommend to anybody looking for a similar service.
