New Shower and Radiators Upgraded

Rob Is the most reliable and polite person you could employ. Nothing was too much fuss or trouble for Rob. The quotes were very reasonable and the standard of work was superb. Don't hesitate to give Rob a call. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. I shall recommend him to all my friends.

Central heating system installed

Before the work started I expected that installing a central heating system would turn my house upside down, creating lots of dust and mess. Rob came round to quote and he involved me fully in the process whilst providing lots of useful information. The job took only 3 days, they always turned up on time, Rob phoned me daily to keep me updated with what they had achieved and they were exceptionally tidy. At the end of each day there was no mess left and the house was put back to normal. I cannot fault them on their customer service, communication and the finish was excellent. I would have no reservations in recommending them.

Fitted a new kitchen tap and fitted isolation valves

I had bought a new mono-block kitchen tap to replace the existing one which had seen better days. Rob kindly fitted it for me and also put isolation valves on the hot and cold water feeds. He arrived on time, and did the work quickly and efficiently for the agreed price. Very pleased with the result. I would recommend Rob to anyone.

Fixed dripping bathroom taps

The basin and bath taps were constantly dripping in my mother's house. Rob kindly replaced the washers, and the problem was fixed. Rob did this little job quickly and efficiently, and charged less than the initial price as the tap cores did not need replacing. I would recommend anyone.

Supply and install new boiler and bathroom suite

Whilst I knew I wanted a new boiler and bathroom suite I had no idea what to do best with the space I had available. Albany Plumbing were able to provide me with some recommendations and provide all materials and labour with no additional effort required on my part. The boiler was moved from the cupboard in the the loft which has provided me with more storage space. They arranged for the bathroom to be totally replastered and tiled, spotlights put into the ceiling and also installation of a new bathroom suite and heated towel rail. All work was completed in a timely manner and to a very high standard. I found them to be trustworthy and very polite. The property was left tidy at all times and rubbish removed. All in all I am extremely happy with the work and service provided and would recommend to anybody looking for a similar service.

Replaced old boiler with a combi boiler

Rob and his team were extremely good. Not only did he come up with a space saving solution that other companies had not by suggesting to place the boiler in the loft but he went out of his way to ensure that I was happy with all stages of the workmanship. If I had any queries during the installation and I was not present all I had to do was to leave Rob a message on his phone and he responded that day. I would recommend his company to anyone they definately deserve 10/10 for everything.

Replacement bathroom.

Had a complete new bathroom including rearranging the room layout. Very pleased with the finished result, looks exactly as we hoped it would. Quite a challenging job having to deal with different size tiles (we supplied the tiles, which despite waiting four weeks to arrive to make sure all same batch it turned out to be four different batches!), but did a very good job of making the appearance of the tiles the same. Came up with suggestions to improve installation and the efficiency of the installation. Very good job!

General sorting out heating and piping

Very friendly and reliable. Assessed the work to be done, did exactly what was required and at a very reasonable cost. Also, took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Gave a quote and the bill was reduced as in his opinion a new part was not required. Would definitely recommend Rob to others.
