Came to house a few hours after contact, gave quote which seemed fair. Unable to start on day agreed because of unfinished work elsewhere but turned up next day. As we were away left gate open for them and they locked this on finishing. A neighbour confirmed they had done this. Work was done as agreed and pleased with it. Only one thing not completely happy. They had used my hose which was ok but had left about 20ft lying across the path and grass. Buckets were left lying about also a broom. Other things had been moved and not put back. Minor points but a little disappointed as everything else was fine. I would still recommend them.

A very efficient friendly service. David came to carry out the work when he said he would. After it was found that the chimney was unstable he arranged for scaffolding to be erected. This was carried out and removed directly when the work was completed. The standard of the work is good and we have a guarantee for the next 10 years.
