All works carried out have been to an excellent standard. Mr Allen is competitively priced and he is highly reliable. He is a perfectionist and also very clean and tidy as he works. Very happy with their continued work and will now use Alco Properties Development Ltd to manage my flat whilst oversees.

My wife and I were delighted with the quality and professionalism of the work carried out on our property by Alco Property Development Ltd. Martin and Lasak were extremely hard working and decorated all the new build areas and a lot of the old parts of the property to an extremely high standard. They worked tirelessly without breaks to ensure that they got through the large amount of decorating in the quickest time possible. I would thoroughly recommend Alco to my friends and family.

Best thing for me was if there was a difficulty or query with something, Tom made a suggestion and we could move on quickly. He made the whole process v straightforward.
