This would have been a hard job, with hedge roots and restricted access by the shed - as well as an established border to negotiate. Not only that, but it has been an extremely windy day! John and Shaun have done a superior job - we are over the moon! John is a very professional, friendly tradesman and he quotes realistic prices and is easy to contact. They were completely self sufficient and looked after my plants - leaving a clean, tidy site! Thank you so much John - very highly recommended.

Very pleased with the fence which is good quality and very sturdy. John was very polite and helpful, even replacing the tops of our rear fence which dislodged due to ivy. Nothing was too much trouble and the finished fence will last for years - also he sourced the product from a local supplier supporting another business in the area. Would recommend and price was what expected for work done.

These guys are the very best! They worked really hard in lousy conditions but still produced a top class job with attention to detail that amazed me. The work involved removal of old fencing and replacement with concrete posts and new locally produced fence panels a replacement gate with all the fittings. I am delighted with the job, completed on time and no surprises price wise. The boys were a delight to have around and I would recommend them to anyone that wants first class tradesman to do a first class job. Many thanks guys. John agreed to remove out house for a set amount believing this would take him one day, even though this took a lot longer and was a lot more difficult than anticipated he stuck to the agreed price even though I'm sure this meant he was actually out of pocket. He then went on to make an excellent job of the fencing and the tidying up of the garden afterwards, even removing some branches that I had myself removed from a tree in a different part of the garden. I can whole heartedly recommend this company and will definitely be using again. Thanks guys :-)

Did what they said they would do in the time and price quoted and at the appointed time. Tricky job involving access via neighbours property but need not have been concerned as nobody would have known they had been apart from a spanking new fence. Cannot remember the last time I gave 10 on all aspects but they really were difficult to fault. No contractors used. All work personally undertaken.

The job was done as quoted, a lot more work was necessary due to unforeseen problems. The team arrived on time, did the job and left the site on the time scale as quoted. The whole area was left in a tidy condition despite the very wet conditions.

John Hackett and his assistant Jez carried out the work in the timescale given. The job was beautifully done despite considerable problems with old tree roots and concrete. They cleared all the old debris and even removed and took away two large branches at my request which had nothing to do with the job. At all times they were courteous, friendly and jovial. A first class company to deal with and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Arrived on time, good work despite unhelpful neighbour who had placed a shed too close to my fence. Left place neat and tidy and removed all their own "rubbish" and some of mine that was piled up waiting to be removed as a free service. Job took longer than expected as old foundations of double brick wall proved difficult to dig into especially where neighbour's shed was obstructing access. However, job look good and will definitely last another 50 years.

The quotation process was clear with any queries being dealt with professionally prior to commencement. Most importantly the price quoted was the price paid. John takes his time to ensure he fully understands your expectations of the final project, in turn this ensures that the project progresses without issue. Whilst they were on site they were very pleasant to have around and completely respected my privacy and property. They were excellent at keeping time and letting me know if there was a change to the schedule. Everyday the site was left clean, tidy and all rubbish cleared. Overall all the installations are of a high quality and fitted to a professional standard and I'd have no problem in recommending them to friends and family and will certainly use them again for future work.
