Replacement of Hot Water Tank and repairs to damaged floor caused by leak

Laurie visited our house on the same day I had phoned him to give me a quote and he gave a commitment to complete the work within a week. He arrived on the day promised and did a great job. He protected our carpets from potential dirt from the work and tidied and cleaned up once finished. He left us with a fully working system and you wouldn't know he'd been. Thanks for a good job!

Fitting 2 new radiators, and adding thermostats to all radiators.

After my initial contact Andy came round very quickly to quote and gave us a clear concise quotation. He was happy to give advice and didn't just quote for what we wanted but gave us his professional opinion on the best way forward. He was very good at sticking to time and budget and worked really hard to give us an end product that we are very pleased with.

Boiler service/repair

Andy came exactly when he said he would and charged exactly what he said he would. Explained why boiler was becoming noisy and gave advice on this and other matters. He was very helpful and we will definately use Algas again.

Removal of old boiler and installation of new boiler and central heating system.

Laurie and Andy responded quickly to our initial enquiry and provided a comprehensive quote and description of work that fitted our requirements. Installation was performed quickly and smoothly. Andy and Laurie were always helpful and left the house very tidy on each visit. We are very happy with the work we had done and would not hesitate to recommend and use Algas ourselves again.

New heating timer, room and radiator thermostats

Andy responded quickly to my e mail enquiry giving a very competitive quote. We agreed a date and he arrived early and completed the work efficiently and with no fuss. In all it was trouble free experience and I have already recommended him to a friend

Old boiler not firing

We have an old boiler which didn't fire up properly, so I rang Algas Services because of the comments on this site. I wasn't disappointed. Andy and Laurie were both polite and knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the fault . I can't recommend them enough.
