I am extremely satisfied, not only with the work that was done, but also with the honesty and integrity of Mr. Stannard. In his diagnosis of what was needed to be done he did not suggest unnecessary and expensive repairs as was done by another (reputable) repairer. Mr. Stannard was extremely courteous and friendly, and he provided a car for my use while mine was being repaired. I would certainly give him the highest recommendation.

The car was picked up at the said time. I asked for a courtesy car in case their was a problem with mine! This was not a problem. If I had my car back before 3pm I would not need to use it. Every effort was made to accommodate this and I had a phone call to say the car had passed and would be dropped back at a specified time. Alan delivered it back and ran through a few things that could be a problem in the future. He was very polite and helpful at all times and I will definitely use them again. Thank you.
