Remove external wall stain, Clean the Conservatory and Guttering
We do not recommend this company. We raised several issues after the jobs had been undertaken and I found that All Seal, became threatening and was advised of debt collectors after just two email exchanges, and without any confirmation that all requested job had been undertaken which was the key complaint (one of the quoted jobs was to clean the guttering surrounding the house but the front and side of the house was not touched). There was no attempt to resolve the issues or prove that the front/side house had been done. Their invoice was sent at 3.25pm on a Thursday with payment due within 2 working days, however a further email was received at 8.45am on the Monday stating a late payment charge was applied and charges would be incurred daily. We explained the invoice was being queried as not all quoted jobs had been done, but the accounts manager was similarly threatening, adding we would be referred to debt collectors first thing Tuesday. The full invoice was paid just to stop the intimidating communication.

In my opinion, I feel this feedback is more to do with a payment dispute for work which was carried out to a high standard as per the original quotation which was sent to the customer. I feel that the customer has misunderstood some of the terminology regarding what was, and was not included and feel we are being blamed for this. I have all the correspondence, including statements from the customer saying they were happy with the work. We would be happy to share these with anyone interested in order to prove our integrity. It was only at a later date that the customer decided to change her mind regarding the service due to the situation not changing. Whilst she wanted to withhold part payment for items she maintained were included in the quote, but not completed, however, she neglected to mention some extra work which was carried out without charge. I am satisfied we carried out all agreed work for the price quoted.
