The work initially began 12th November 2012. From then on the workmen were not consistent and seldom completed a full task on time. When they confirmed completion there were several areas we were dissatisfied with and they complied after several attempts and we paid our last installment on the 22nd December 2012. During the festive period our conservatory was leaking quite badly. So we contacted the company and it was agreed they would fix the problem. Eventually this was fixed after numerous phone calls and emails. After a couple of weeks On the 24th April We confirmed there were no more leaks and they agreed to post us back our key and the guarantee paperwork. We still have not received anything. Now we have another problem, In the hot weather all the doors are struggling to function and the floor is bowing at one end it is even lifting in places. Several attempts have been made to contact the company starting from the 8th May 2013 but there has been no response. Furthermore We have had an independent builder out to see the conservatory and he has confirmed it is not fit for purpose.

A section of guttering was leaking and they have put a new joint in between pieces. The work was completed but then it rained and the leak appeared again. I tried 4 emails and none were replied to. Unfortunately I have some personal problems and ringing them was not a priority. The roof gutter is still leaking and we need it mending. I wanted to get someone else out but why should we when we have paid the Company and they have not done the job properly.

Very pleased with the finished result. The window fitters were polite and courteous. I will be asking them back to do other work.
