I agree with all the good comments below. Joseph sorted out numerous problems with our roof that had accumulated over the years. I am delighted with the repair to the dormers which were in a poor state and leaking, and the overall renovation of the roof on the whole house. He did a good job of matching the replacement tiles with the existing ones. It looks good as new.

If I could I would have given Joseph more point, but it only goes to 10! The roof has been done to perfection. Nothing faze Joseph, he has gone the extra mile for every single job he has done for us. He's done the roof, insulate our loft and has done the fascia board and the guttering. He has made sure the front of the house look perfect, gone the extra mile by painting the front. I was dreading the cost and anguish when I saw a leak in the house 2 days before Xmas. Joseph cancelled his planned Xmas shopping to come over that see the problem. He went on the roof in the dark with my small torch. Next day (Xmas eve) he sent Darren over to do some temporary repairs (Darren also postponed his Xmas shopping). Joseph me a competitive quote a few days later for the entire job. He took me on the roof to show me the problems. He even threw in a few small jobs in the price. I had no hesitation in giving them the job. In the end it took half a day longer than estimated but that was not a problem. Darren and Paul, who did most of the work, were polite and just got on with the job. At the end they took me on the roof to show me the work. All-in-all I will be keeping their number for the next time I need them. Well Done Joseph, Darren and Paul.

Joseph came to make roof repairs which we quickly discovered were not the reason for the water leak. Joseph and his team went the extra mile to find the source of the leak and then brought in a fantastic plumber and plasterer to help us repair the internal damage. We were very pleased to have this kind of support for a complex problem way beyond the roof.

Lovely Team of Roofers. I was kept informed as weather permitted. They gave me sound advise and made me feel at ease. Joseph never quibbled when the facias and guttering caused a few problems and really should of cost me more. He is a man of his word and kept to the price quoted. Joseph and his team carried out some work on my porch roof, when things didn't go to plan and more work was required, they went out of their way to get the job done within the day and kept costs to a minimum. I had been had over by a rogue roofer who, whilst not over charging, had botched a job of fixing a leak in my roof and replacing the facia panels in the eves. Joseph came and spent time explaining what needed to be done, took me up on the roof to look at the previous mess and then gave me a brilliant quote. They started on the day they promised, they finished on the day they promised and they did not want any payment until the work was completed to my satisfaction. We called Joseph after seeing the reviews on here, he came a estimated the price at a time that suited us and was able to start the work soon after, again at a very convenient time for us, the work was carried out very quickly and they tidied away after themselves, I'm very happy with the work carried out and will be calling them again shortly for an estimate to replace or repair some leaking guttering. They offered a great guarantee and the end result looks and work great, and they always kept me updated with what they were doing and more than happy to show me and talk me through everything.
