This project required on site management as the owner lives 220 miles away and the property was empty. Initially complete redecoration was the brief with management of the carpet fitting contract. Due to unforeseen developments a major electrical rewiring requirement was discovered to be necessary and John Allday also managed his work to encompass the disruption this caused. The project was delivered with a delay of only 2 days to the original plan taking the 6 days rewiring into account. John Allday worked very long hours to deliver an excellent result and all within budget. Very highly recommended.

A large area of sloping pebbles/slabs was replaced by three large steps using a slabbing project pack (colour modac rose). It was aligned such that the last step met the decking height already laid and therefore completed the platform. An additional step was also made using left-over materials, for under the existing patio doors. The workmanship was excellent and the quotation was far under any others received. All work was completed to schedule and on budget which we were very pleased with.
