“My tenant, single mother and child, phoned this company because of a leaking boiler on the evening of 7/8/16. He opened the casing of the boiler and said Heat Exchanger had gone and likely the Motherboard too, Said needed new boiler! He shut off the Header tank. Could not find the drain off cock so drained water from the boiler, Total cost of work £342.00 inc VAT which was paid in cash. He started work at 21.05 and finished at 22.15, or finished at 21.55 which his invoice suggests from the crossing out.”

The engineer who attended the dwelling had performed his duty well as to the satisfaction of the tenant, left the dwelling in a better condition than when he arrived, spillage cleared up, the invoice was signed stating the time of arrival, departure and work carried out. The customer has complained about the completion time and cost of the works; our charges were well explained to the tenant whom had to get authorisation form the customer prior to attendance. I have spoken to the customer, he was not happy with the total cost of the job, a full explanation was given and the customer was still not happy and demanded a discount stating a bad review if this was not offered, I would like to state that it is our discretion as to award any discounts to our clients & not the clients, We do not & will not except any threats to provide a discount.
