Allison Developments covers the south east of England and is based in Guestling, near Hastings East Sussex. We are a family run company who offer a complete design, supply and installation service for bathrooms, kitchens, complete house renovations, small building alterations and total project management, no matter how small or large the job may be.

All main trades are included: Carpentry, brick laying, painting/decorating, plastering, ceramic tiling, roofing and plumbing.

Emulsion painting of walls and glossing of woodwork in lounge and dining room.
Fixed a bad unsupported joint between 2 sheets of ceiling plasterboard in the lounge ceiling by fitting wooden rails either side of the joist in the roof to which the plasterboard was then screwed and the joint was filled. Good paint job followed. Very pleased.

We found Tim via this website and rang him to give us an idea of renovation costs for a bungalow we were thinking of buying. He met us the next day and the quote arrived within a week. Living abroad made it difficult for us to project manage the work and had to rely completely on Tim, we needn't have worried as the work was completed to a very high standard, within budget and on time, although we did ask for additional work which pushed the time scale to the limit. Tim kept us informed with regular phone calls and emailed photos. We would highly recommend this guy to anyone thinking of using him!
