Work was entirely satisfactory. Arrived as promised, cleared away every night and finished on time. Were on site all day and were always courteous. I was kept fully informed of what was happening and although the roof was in a worse state than originally thought, I was not charged extra for the additional labour. Thoroughly recommended.

Mr. Haynes responded quickly to my initial enquiry. He explained exactly what the project would entail, communicated by phone throughout and turned up with his workmen when he said he would. They worked extremely hard and completed the job in the estimated time, inviting me to inspect the site for tidiness on completion. As far as I know, they did a good job on the roof and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
