Loft conversion in a period top floor flat
The work was excellent, carried out with very professional workmanship and required no supervision. Our neighbours were not inconvenienced and the site was kept immaculate. The job was completed exactly on time and to an incredibly high standard. We also asked for extra work to be done and this was carried out efficiently and to the same high standards. I would always recommend Allseasons Homes for their brilliant quality of workmanship.

Conversion - two flats into one
We have converted two flats in a large Victorian townhouse into one duplex apartment. This involved commissioning and installing a new stairwell and staircase in a restricted space, together with the related insertion of a substantial RSJ, new flanking walls with integral pocket fire-doors etc. The work also included the fitting and tiling of a new shower-room with period-style tiles and the re-wiring (including under-floor heating) and tiling of the kitchen ready for the installation of a (separately sourced) bespoke kitchen. There were numerous other small jobs undertaken such as converting singles doors to doubles etc.
Matthew and his team were fantastic: extremely courteous and polite. Always prompt – arriving at 7.45 each morning (even though we are in South West London – outside their advertised area) and working solidly through the day. Matthew listened carefully to our needs to make sure we got the end result we wanted – and was sensitive to our desire to retain period features. I was relieved to be able to have a “proper” conversation with a builder rather than be rail-roaded into a solution to suit them (as has been the case with other’s I’ve used). Matthew and his team did their best to minimise any effects on my neighbours.
Each evening the rooms were tided and swept and tools tidied - making it bearable for us, and enabling us to see progress more clearly.
Matthew provided a firm quotation before we started work – and the only variances were where we changed our minds or added jobs to the list! Even in these cases Matthew provided updated quotes to ensure that we were happy and properly informed.
All in all the quality of workmanship is great – but it was the fact that Matthew was easy to deal with, positive and helpful that made the whole process a pleasure.

New wooden Box sash to replace 1960s casement
Matthew listened carefully to my requirements (to match my existing Victorian sashes) and has made a beautiful new window. Matthew took his time and great care and fitting the window to ensure the best possible external appearance. It's as if this window was always part of the house.
The price quoted was exactly what we paid.
We are delighted and would certainly recommend AllSeasons to friends and strangers alike.
