Sanding plus 2 x lacquer of 33 sqm (two rooms)

The job was done in less than two hours and I paid in cash as requested. Trader said it would look nice when it dried and furniture was put back. As it dried it looked worse and on inspection I saw paint, a lot of old wear, marks and dirt all sealed. Every day I have to look at this in my opinion an awful job done.

In response to the customers comments I feel that I have to strongly disagree. The customer contacted us and at very short notice pleaded with us to complete the work. The customer requested a quick buff and re-seal just to freshen the floors up because he was moving into the property the following day. I kindly shuffled my work load to accommodate the customer. I informed the customer that buffing and re-sealing a floor was not to be compared with re- sanding a floor in the appearance and also the price, the customer understood this 100%. The customer inspected the work when completed and thanked me. I am shocked and upset by the customers comments and feel that these comments are unjust to my company. I always strive to ensure customer satisfaction at all times , hence my very good feedback on my website.
