We couldn't be more pleased with the way the work was carried out and the end result is excellent. The en suite is not the largest but appeared to present no problems for Gary. Although Gary originally under quoted for the work, he rang with a full explanation as soon as he realised and kept us fully informed at all times. Gary was always unfailingly polite, punctual and the quality of his workmanship is faultless.

Gary re tiled our uneven bathroom floor and fitted ceiling panels. Very professional and work done is of high quality. Overcame problems quickly and offered alternative ways to achieve a good finish. Also dealt with suppliers, on our behalf, when we received broken goods that needed replacing. Turned up when he said he would and only invoiced us when the, delayed, job was completed. Recommended.

We were very impressed by this company/Gary, and we are thrilled with the look and functionality of our new wet room. Gary is competitive, knowledgeable with regard to exactly what needed doing, a very good tiler, polite, punctual and delivered exactly what he said he would. We feel he went above and beyond what he promised ensuring that the job was totally finished to a high spec before leaving. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending his company and will in fact use him again.

It is very rare that you meet a builder that you can trust. Gary has been excellent. Due to pipe leak I have had to have a new kitchen and damp course done in my rented property. This work has been carried in a very professional manner, he has been very tidy working around the tenant. He has been in constant communication if anything needed changing or when each stage was complete. I would use Gary again without a second thought

What an excellent job Alpha Omega did to my kitchen. Gary transformed my old weary kitchen into a brilliant new one. He was 110% on his workmanship and always left the kitchen nice/tidy and clean every evening whilst working on the job so I could still use it. I would 150% use Alpha Omega again and recommend them in the future. Thank you so much and I'll be wanting the bathroom done next!

One of the better tradesmen I have met, Gary was courteous, hard working, and when we asked him to carry out extra work not quoted for, it was never a problem. The showers were completed on time to a very high standard. We would ask Gary to work for us again.

I was originally concerned about using dark tiles in such a small cloakroom, but was delighted with "Mr Alpha's" suggestion of a bold, coloured glass insert. It creates a striking image when entering the room. Gary made the whole process totally hassle free, initially showing us brochures, then supplying everything needed for the job. I am thrilled with the result. Extremely clean and efficient service. I will definitely use Alpha Omega again in the future.

We had asked Gary to re-tile the kitchen after he made an excellent job of our en suite. Once again he did an excellent job, which was hampered at times by 2 inquisitive dogs. We had a problem with the tiles we had bought, and Gary went out of his way to investigate the problem (a change of colour due to water absorption) and rectify it. I would thoroughly recommend him.
