This is a solid oak floor which has to be stuck down to the concrete sub floor.Here we are using tension straps to pull the floor together for a tight join.

Oak single plank engineered real wood flooring.
This real wood flooring is laid as a floating floor which requires an underlay,which makes this flooring incredibly warm and very reasonable to have supplied and fitted.from 30.00 a metre including fitting,underlay,door bar,and edging beading.

Fitting of laminate floor tiles to kitchen.
Laminate tiles are used here to great affect which are cheaper and warmer under foot than ceramic tiles.And a lot less mess when fitted.And the contrast of oak affect laminate fitted to dining room,only 20.00 per metre including fitting,underlay,door bar,and edgingbeading.
