Followed Marks van one day and called him. Have been looking for over 6 months for somebody to do this work. Mark did not hesitate, called around and gave us a quote. Parts needed to be ordered but as soon as they arrived Mark telephoned to arrange a repair date to suit us. They arrived on time and the work was completed within a reasonable time. In response to the customers comments above. The roof on the conservatory was the existing one that was there before we installed the wall and window/door frames. In my opinion, I feel that there may have been underlying problems there before we carried out our work and feel that this problem is not down to our workmanship. Unfortunately we did not receive any notice of the complaint at the time as we had moved premises and all correspondence was sent to the old address.
