We try as best we can to stick closely to agreed appointment times. In this case we rang the customer to let them know we were running more than half hour late for an appointment, then made up the time and arrived slightly early. I understand that in these particular circumstances (a sheltered housing scheme for vulnerable adults) this was particularly difficult and we have apologised.
