Stefan provided excellent advice and price options and then carried out the work to a very high standard. The door is old and slightly warped so Stefan positioned the lock and adjusted the existing door closer to ensure the lock latched automatically. Also genuinely local as lives in Surrey and serves county and surrounding area, unlike a lot of other locksmiths I called with trick local addresses and call centres.
