I would highly recommend this company. This is the fourth time that I have used them and each time they have taken care over the work with excellent results. The team are reliable and kept me informed of their progress. I felt perfectly happy to leave them the keys to my property so they could get on with the job while I was at work. Well worth the money. This was a difficult and complicated job as extra major structural work involving a surveyor and the Council Building Control Department was required. It also required liaising with another building company for wall tie work. AMCO liaised with all parties and ensured the smooth flow of work. They dealt with all the required documentation. We were well informed at all stages. Tony arranged for three small jobs to be completed that were not on the schedule and at no extra cost. This was greatly appreciated and completed the overall look of the building. We now have a completely transformed exterior that looks good. They cleaned up well - including cleaning all the windows - and have left the site neat and tidy.

We have used AMCO on several occasions both for private work and for all sorts of building maintenance at my previous employers'. Tony and Sandra are the most professional building contractors I have ever dealt with, which is why we keep going back to them. Their regular 'crew' have been working for them for years and you know that you can trust them. The roofer they employed was a pleasure to deal with, unlike other roofers I have had to deal with in the past, and he completed the work in the estimated time, despite the extremely hot weather and aggressive seagulls! I would not hesitate to recommend AMCO and I am sure that we will be using their services again in the future.
