This was the first time we have made any major changes to a garden. Mel's practical, straightforward advice was excellent and saved us unnecessary expense. Mel and her team were a pleasure to have working the garden, they were punctual, polite and always left things as tidy as possible. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Mel was extremely helpful in every stage of this project. The strip of garden had been neglected for years. There were lots of stones and brambles in the way and part of a retaining wall had collapsed. I wanted the garden cleared, the wall restored, steps put in, a concrete area constructed, fencing erected and the whole 30ft area planted with grasses. Mel worked incredibly hard but always had a smile on her face. All the plans came off successfully; materials arrived on time and the right amount was delivered. I found Mel to be polite, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended and very professional.
