Response from Anchorage Roofing Services:
The customer approached us for our help with his chimney as a matter of urgency. There was no side access to his property, so protective dust sheets were used to protect carpets and then ladders were manoeuvred through the windows and into the back garden. We completed the work to his satisfaction (and also made safe his neighbour’s side of the chimney). We have no recollection of leaving rubbish behind his shed, but a phone call to us would have solved the apparent problem. We acted speedily to his emergency and feel his feedback of 3 is completely unjustified.

Kevin Norman came to look at our roof on the New Year bank holiday after we had had a leak which had come through our bedroom ceiling. He telephoned back the same day with a quote and the work(which was urgent)was completed as soon as the weather allowed. Both Kevin and his assistant were polite and completed the repair as quoted and we would certainly use this company again if needed.

The weather played havoc with the roof work, so the time keeping was really out of their control. A couple of emergencies also delayed at times. Mr Norman took photo's of the work before starting and then after the work was completed so that I could see for myself what work had been done, which was very useful.
