Mr Jackson started work on the 19th March and explained in detail the schedule of work that had to be done over the four days. By Friday the all of the work was completed and on inspection it was a really professional job, by a real expert and a nice man as well. I highly recommend Mr Jackson to any one.

When initially talking to Andrew he explained what he would do and gave me an accurate estimate on time and materials. He turned up on time, was ready to explain what he was doing, kept things tidy and did everything in an acceptable timescale. I liked his method of doing it once and doing it correctly. When you think about the horror stories some people disclose regarding plumbers I was glad I chose Andrew and will look to work with him again for future plumbing work.

Andrew came out promptly to fix the leak. Was in a very difficult place at the back of the toilet but persevered and fitted new part to solve the problem. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Andrew Jackson Plumbing and Heating working men is very efficient, knowledgeable, reliable and personable. He was always very positive and helpful, willing to do any extra work when needed. He went out of his way to help us achieve our deadline, even if it meant working some evenings, which we really appreciated. His pricing was very reasonable and he gave us a detailed estimate which he kept to. We would highly recommend him to anyone.

He worked extremely hard to fix the problem with the toilet, nothing was to much trouble, very committed to his work, I would recommend him to everybody, very polite and kind.

Very pleased with the work carried out, having in the past been let down by gas service engineers. It was good to have him turn up when he said he would and he returned telephone calls.

The plumber arrived to perform an initial diagnosis. He determined the cause of the problem. A quote was provided for a replacement water tank and labour. He ordered the hot water tank, and a few days later it arrived at the plumbing merchant. The plumber collected the item and arrived to install it. He arrived and started draining out the old tank. The replacement was installed and tested. All in all, I was very pleased with the attention he gave to his work and to his courteous manner. He arrived on time on both occasions. A professional looking invoice was posted a couple of days later. I would use this plumber again and recommend him.

As we had a blocked manhole, the old tiles had to be removed and replaced with new ones, in addition we had the inside of the shower retiled again and the toilet, which hardly had any water pressure when flushing, Andy took apart and fixed it and explained and showed us exactly what was the problem. A truly honest tradesman!

Job completed with relatively little disruption for such a major installation and the cost was really reasonable for the work involved. We're really happy with the result, would definitely use Andy again and have already recommended him to friends and neighbours!
