Very pleased with finished work, Andy and his team were always courteous, tidy, had respect for my home and kept me informed along the way. Cannot fault on any part of the works carried out - only downside is had to book about 3 months in advance but this is only a minor thing as gave us time to save up and this shows that the company is busy and has a good reputation. Will definitely enquire about getting quotes for future jobs. Have already recommended them to my Dad who wants some ceiling work done. Keep up the good work!

Andy and his team re-boarded and plastered my kitchen ceiling after a leak. Job was done in a timely, tidy manner, the guys were pleasant to have round, and I am already getting them to quote on various other jobs they had around the house. Their quotes are also cheaper than others I've had. I'd absolutely recommend these guys for any work you might have.

Three water leaks two serious , bringing the ceiling down. Water running down the bedroom wall. Both needed to be replastered, down pipe cut to short causing water to run down the wall. Joins on the fascia boards glued together as they came apart. Roof leaked, due to inadequate flashing around the chimney breast no soakers, no vents fitted forgot ventilation , decorating very poor, would not recommend.

Andy beat the nearest competition by a fair margin on his quote and really delivered on the job. I needed a ceiling plastered at reasonably short notice so we could complete the rest of the decorating and Andy worked his schedule to fit the job in. Arrival at 8am sharp as promised and a top quality job completed. We've booked Andy to come back and carry out more work next month.

Being unable to do decorating myself for health reasons I reluctantly had to look elsewhere. From checkatrade I chose 4. I chose Andy for his business approach. He arrived on time for the appointment and quoted within days, and didn't I choose well. He was excellent. He worked a programme out so I could get people in to clear the rooms ready for him and he kept to the schedule. He worked solidly and I have to say he more that came up to my standard. My family and friend are very very impressed with the work done. I would give him 15 out of 10 if I could.EXCELLANT

Andy Theodore is a polite and obliging person. When agreeing to carry out the work he said he was competent to do everything I asked for. In my opinion I feel that he took on work beyond his ability. I have been lead to believe that his 'apprentice' was often there working by himself. There is no doubt that the weather was against him whilst doing this job but I also believe he was over stretched and working beyond his capabilities. All I wanted was the job to be done to a reasonable standard.

This customer asked me to carry out remedial work on some of the jobs carried out on this project and I responded immediately to this customers requests via email and telephone. I have made numerous efforts to try to come to some mutually beneficial conclusion, but the customer does not find any of my solutions suitable. I feel that I have done everything possible to resolve this problem and feel that I can do no more.
