I felt the estimate was very fair. Tony and his team arrived on the agreed date and time and worked on the project continuously until it was completed. They were able to accommodate a number of changes that I requested as work progressed and offered constructive advice when asked or they felt it would be helpful. The work included blocking up a cupboard door in one bedroom and opening that cupboard into the other bedroom, combining it with an existing cupboard to provide a single space with folding double doors. They removed parts of walls, provided new electrical sockets and ceiling down-lighters, re-plastered and did all the general decoration and once finished the work has transformed the two rooms giving them a very modern and "crisp" feel. Despite all the work going on cleanliness was excellent with minimal dust going into the rest of the house and despite us continuing to live in the house we were never made to feel we were in the way. I will have no hesitation about asking Tony and his team to do further work for me in the future.

Our bungalow is now finished and looks amazing, we definitely chose the right builder who was very flexible to our changes. We love our new bathroom which exceeds our expectations. The quality of workmanship throughout the renovation is as we had hoped for. Having relocated from Cornwall to be near family, Tony and his team have made the project run smoothly All work was carried out in a conscientious way by all members of his team. We plan to use him on future projects and would not hesitate to recommend him.

The bathroom has been started. It was originally a poor attempt at a wet room but everything had been bodged with damp everywhere. Tony suggested we have fitted vanity units with concealed system and a ceramic sink as opposed to a standard toilet and pedestal. We are both really looking forward to seeing it transformed.

Changed our original plan and decided to pull up the hallway floor tiles and fit wooden floor, this we know made things awkward for Tony who was absolutely fine about it and fitted it to a high standard. We are so pleased with how it looks.

Tony provided an excellent service. The car port was supplied as a kit promising it could be erected in a day. Unfortunately the factory supplied a number of wrong parts which meant it actually took a day and a half. Despite the additional time and the inconvenience Tony and Callum remained good humoured throughout, completed the job and made only a nominal extra charge for all the extra work, which he then helped me successfully reclaim from the company. I would hiughly recommend his company.

Work involved stripping out old bathroom suite, tiling etc and demolishing a wall between the bathroom and a separate toilet to make one large room. Tony and his team started promptly every day and at the end of each day left the areas they were working in very clean and tidy. They were very friendly and communicative, respected our property and my wife and I were happy to leave them working in our home when we went out. The work was finished to a very high standard. A number of changes were made to the original scheme discussed with Tony during the work, including deciding to replace two windows with one large one and these changes were accommodated without making us feel as though we were causing problems. The final cost of the work, with these extras, was very fair and we are very pleased with our new bathroom.

Anson Building Services provided a complete service for the installation of the new bathroom in a new dormer extension over a garage. All works were coordinated efficiently and all to a high standard. A new drainage tie-in was required into an existing sewer run and the depth and location of the break-in was extremely difficult. However the work was completed and the excavation back-filled in quick time. Tony and Paul of Anson have an excellent work ethic and their enthusiasm and professionalism was reflected in the high quality of the workmanship and finish of the project. We would highly recommend this company to any prospective clients.

The work was to remove existing conservatory and concrete base, and build a single storey extension forming a dining room across the length of the back of the property. In addition to completely fit a new kitchen including moving all of the utilities and reconfigure all of the entrances to the existing lounge including the fitting of new french doors from the lounge to the new room, and refit the downstairs toilet area. All doors were replaced with new with new flooring throughout. All external facias were replaced to match the new extension. All of the work completed was to a very high standard, with an excellent finish. From start to finish Tony and Paul were there to guide us every step of the way and organised all of the design work, building controls and permissions required. They were happy to keep changing the initial designs and plans until we were completely satisfied and matched what we wanted. All of which was done prior to committing to the works and did not incur any additional cost. All the way through the works we were kept informed and every aspect of the work was checked with us to make sure that we were satisfied. Tony and Paul were professional and courteous at all times and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to have work completed. They were the only builders that gave us the time to know what we wanted, agree the design and once the price was agreed it was kept to, to the penny. I thank them for their time, effort and excellent work which has made having the work done a real pleasure.

Tony and Paul estimated for fitting out 8 doors on an eighty year old house with B&Q oak doors and sourced solid oak architrave and skirting boards. They carried out the work in 5 working days, as contracted, and their workmanship was "outstanding". Every joint and door fitting was "exact" on not so perfect walls. Parliament hinges were fitted to double doors in the kitchen/living room divide and the quality of fitting is quite stunning. Their workmanship cannot be faulted and is worth every penny that they charge. They are highly recommended and we will be contracting them again in 2011 to carry out carpentry on the under stairs cupboards and renewing the staircase with oak woodwork.
