Replace coping stones, render parapet wall, add flashing, replace broken tile.
Ben and John were very thorough in giving details of work required and showed me photos of work that was need. I spoke with Vanya in the office who sent me the photos and provided a quote. It was the most competitive and comprehensive of the 6 companies I looked at. Ben and John arrived early both days to do the work and when they'd completed they left the area very tidy and provided photos of work completed. I'm very pleased with the quality of the work and all the dealings with the company. It's a great idea to be shown photos of work that was carried out.
