AnyBell.co.uk was founded in January 2003 by myself after 32 years working in the lift engineering, telecommunication and electrical fields. With the last16 years dealing directly with the public, I have a good Idea what you the customer wants from a tradesman, satisfaction is key.

We undertake all work large and small with the former and latter treated with equal Importance.

The work was done to an exceptional standard. The electricians turned up o time, worked well and considered my particualr needs when installing cables and sockets. Work was very neat and everything was left tidy. I would be happy to recommend them.

Install sockets in kitchen, install power for ovens.

Michael was very helpful and reliable, he did a very good job in our kitchen installing sockets and under cabinet lights. I would recommend this company.

Replace down lighter transformers, switches and check wiring.

The work was done efficiently and neatly. The hourly rate was reasonable and time was not wasted, which I liked. I will certainly use the company again. A bonus was that the company is based within five minutes drive of my house and the electrician has a great personality. I felt I could trust him, which is important.

Again as always I try to make things as easy as I can for my customers, I offered to pick up keys the night before again but was told that it was ok the customer will be there that morning. I went to buy the materials before driving to the customers. She assumed that I would arrive earlier but as no time was discussed for my arrival I do not think I was not punctual. As for not giving her a quote initially, I gave her the options of what need to be done to rectify the problem and waited for her to decide. When she called and said she wanted a quote to change the consumer unit it was sent the next day. A quote will always be sent out before a job starts for all jobs over two hours.

As for not giving her a quote initially, this job was to change two light fittings and to test the faulty circuit which melted the consumer unit and was agreed she would be charged by the hour so she was not expecting a quote. I then later gave her several options of what needed to be done to rectify the problem and waited for her to decide. When she called and said she wanted a quote to change the consumer unit it was sent the next day. A quote will always be sent out before a job starts for all jobs over two hours.

Ceiling lights removed and replaced in kitchen and bathroom.

Michael Rolle gave us clear information and advice. Stuck to his schedule and did a nice job. He was really friendly, kind to the kids and tidied up beautifully each day. He also recommended an excellent plasterer. I would strongly recommend him.
