Resealing Shower, Fitting Door Knocker, Replacing damaged Tiling

Lots of little 'handyman' jobs but, having used Apache before I couldn't and wouldn't contemplate using anyone else. Arrived on time, polite, helpful, tidy and totally trustworthy. I'm very pleased with the results - my shower room looks like new. The pricing is always very thorough - you know exactly what you are paying for. Have now asked for a quotation to do some work on my kitchen...

Bathroom Refit

Kent and Andy of Apache were very professional, clean, tidy and reliable, they gave me a worst case scenario quote over the phone. When the job was complete they charged me substantially less than originally quoted.

Bathroom refit

I employed Apache to completely refit a bathroom..  At the end of the first week I asked them to leave as the workmanship was so poor.    Faults include a bath with taps and shower at opposite ends, making it impossible to stand under the shower, poor tiling, poor tile adhesion and failing to prime the walls before tiling. the bathroom will have to be redone.  I am currently  at a financial loss.

Response from Apache Facility Contractors Ltd:
Tiling adhesives that were used (BAL range of ready mix) does not require primer as confirm by manufacturer and independently. Tiling we can’t comment on cause we were not allowed to verify. Standard policy is if any tiles that were out would be replaced.The bath install was agreed before we installed it as we do with every customer. Also 10% of our installs are this way and never has impeded showering. This has also been independently verified.Any deposit taken was for materials and they were left on site and we shall kindly refund any material not delivered. As for ratings comment, we arrived every day at the same time, cleaned up every day and was polite and courteous to the customer. We are currently dealing with this matter and hopefully can rectify it shortly.As a sign of good faith we have reimburse all tiling cost including tiles, adhesives and labour.

Fit a Kitchen

Had a new kitchen fitted By Apache was only a small kitchen when they started by the time it was all done in about a week it seems to be larger excellent work clean and tidy workers arrived when said they would and all completed in the time I would recommend Apache to any body
