Lots of little 'handyman' jobs but, having used Apache before I couldn't and wouldn't contemplate using anyone else. Arrived on time, polite, helpful, tidy and totally trustworthy. I'm very pleased with the results - my shower room looks like new. The pricing is always very thorough - you know exactly what you are paying for. Have now asked for a quotation to do some work on my kitchen...

I employed Apache to completely refit a bathroom.. At the end of the first week I asked them to leave as the workmanship was so poor. Faults include a bath with taps and shower at opposite ends, making it impossible to stand under the shower, poor tiling, poor tile adhesion and failing to prime the walls before tiling. the bathroom will have to be redone. I am currently at a financial loss.

Tiling adhesives that were used (BAL range of ready mix) does not require primer as confirm by manufacturer and independently. Tiling we can’t comment on cause we were not allowed to verify. Standard policy is if any tiles that were out would be replaced.The bath install was agreed before we installed it as we do with every customer. Also 10% of our installs are this way and never has impeded showering. This has also been independently verified.Any deposit taken was for materials and they were left on site and we shall kindly refund any material not delivered. As for ratings comment, we arrived every day at the same time, cleaned up every day and was polite and courteous to the customer. We are currently dealing with this matter and hopefully can rectify it shortly.As a sign of good faith we have reimburse all tiling cost including tiles, adhesives and labour.

I highly recommend Apache. They are friendly, tidy, contentious, punctual, communicative and good at what they do! I wouldn't hesitate in calling them first if I ever needed other work. They take great pride in their work and are very approachable. When the seal around my power shower started to lift 11 months after the shower was completed, they came back and resealed it without question or charge.

Apache recently refitted my small bathroom and installed a power shower. Kent and Andy carried out the work with their usual friendliness and efficiency, and did their utmost to ensure that the installation met my requirements. They fully lived up to their claims to be truly customer-focused. After the job was completed, they quickly returned when needed to replace parts found to be sub-standard (not their fault). I wouldn’t hesitate to ask them to quote for further work, knowing that they’d take full responsibility for seeing it through to my satisfaction.

We are very happy with the work, Apache managed the whole thing, new kitchen, bathroom, semi rewire, plastered walls and ceiling. The team were very knowledgeable, helpful and reliable.
