Extremely pleased with this company. Rang Shane on Monday, he visited on Tuesday (on time) to look at what needed doing and give us a quote. Shane was friendly, quick and efficient, no fuss and no flannel! We agreed the work was to be done on the Friday, again he arrived on time. He completed the work in 1hr 30 mins to a high standard with no mess. The charge was exactly as he quoted. Would highly recommend him and would certainly use him again.

Arrived on time. The installation of a new wall-mounted bracket and TV and setting up freeview+ box was carried out to the very highest standard. We would thoroughly recommend this company. We have now used them twice and cannot find any fault with them what-so-ever.!!!! He even re-programmed our small TV in the kitchen free of charge!!! Very personable manner and polite too. This makes a refreshing change from other trades people we have had in the past. Do not bother to go to anyone else. Prices and service are extremely competitive. !!!

Shane came to quote for the work one evening and carried out the work 5 days later. He ran new cables to 2 bedrooms from the existing aerial and installed a satellite dish for freesat and ran cables to the sitting room to connect to a freesat box. It took 2 hours (as he estimated), there was no mess to clear up and it's all working fine.

Our satellite had been installed by Sky, but their engineer had just put the wires through in the place most convenient to them. This meant that the wires were clearly visible and ran around the room to the television. Shane and Anthony visited and very promptly re-installed the wires, the installation is now very neat and the wires hidden. They were very professional and left my house clean and tidy.

The property is in an awkward position for an aerial but they were determined to find a good position for it, and did. Cable feed was awkward and long but tidy and very competent work. I was very impressed with the quality of the installation. The dish had to be fitted some distance from the lounge (due to local planning restrictions). The cable run is neat and tidy with no visible cables in the house. The installation was £50 cheaper then the quoted price. I would recommend Apex to my family and friends.
